The staff is rude. My wife wanted to try on some cloths, but they declined to open up the dressing room due to them closing in one hour. I was mad and upset, because the store was not busy and they did not care about customer service. The store manage declined to speak when I asked for a manager. Its sad to see such poor service.
Staff is very sweet and help me choose my outfit for the night.
If there is a way to give them lower then 1 star I would. The staff is so rude and lazy. I went in a little over an hour before they close and they wouldn.t open the dressing room for me. When I asked why they gave me an attitude. Will never go back to this location. I recommend others to shop somewhere else unless you want to be greet with dirty looks and bad attitudes.
Theres 4 fiting room and the ass hats working wont open one for me when there are 3 of them that have no one in then dont go there if you want to try stuff on
The staff is so RUDE we went in and they started screaming the dressing rooms are closed accross the floor we asked why they said loss prevention. We where trying on a few things over our current clothing (because we had no choice) we had inched a rack over tso we could see in the mirror and the manager gave me a nasty look and moved it back... I hardly ever go in but every time I do The staff is incredibly unprofessional. My thought was if you are having an issue with this maybe you should be out on the floor watching and insuring there is no loss and not have all 3 people working behind the counter eating dinner at the same time . I'm not sure about anyone else but I need to try on my clothing.
