My daughter needed shoes for her new job, which were only sold at Payless. She dreaded going there, but the woman that helped her could not have been nicer and more helpful. It's amazing how good you can feel when you get good customer service.
Poor customer service
Best & friendliest service! They usually have my 14W casual strap shoe size. If not, they order it right there in the store. It is the ONLY shoe store that can fit my big feet. I went to several others years ago and was disappointed. That included a certain shoe store that advertised hardly a foot we can't fit. And the health shoe stores were of no use to me either. That left Payless--and for the least amount of money--to shoe my feet!
