Please if you love your pet don't ever take them here. They told me my dogs dental surgery to pull a tooth would be at 9am. Dropped him off at 8:30. They muzzled him and left him muzzled in a pen until surgery at noon. He has severe anxiety. The doctor called my husband to sayhis teeth had been cleaned and she saw 2 teeth that needed to be removed at 240 dollars. Then we receive a call from the call center saying the have removed 10 or 12 teeth. THEY REMOVED 10 OR 12 OF OUR GOLDEN RETRIEVERS TEETH WITHOUT OUR CONSENT! DOES ANYONE KNOW A GOOD LAWYER? I'm still sitting in the waiting room to have the doctor explain to me how this happened. Totally negligent care!! They should be shut down.
My dig needed an expensive procedure and I was down on my luck and low on funds. The vet was only concerned about the health of my dog and was willing to do the procedure. He truly was my dog's guardian angel that day. The staff was amazing and very helpful through the whole day.
I would never go anywhere else. We found this clinic with family recommendation... we recently brought a new kitten home. She received her first visit with Dr. Phil and unfortunately a few days later she was in an unfortunate accident. When hope wasn't there this man stepped up and is an Angel in our lives. Phil has been, along with his wonderful staff taking care of our pumpkin and going that extra mile to bring her back to health. They truly care for the fury family! I could go on and on. Just believe me, you will NOT be disappointed. Valuecare vet is filled with LOVE!

I am extremely pleased by this clinic; my pup had been dealing with bad breath for many years, and until recently hadn't been showing signs of anything going on. I took her in for an estimate, and they stood by their estimate after the dental surgery was complete (it should have been $500+ more, considering the work they ended up doing on her) -- I was extremely impressed that they stood by their quote, even though it ended up being a lot larger dental surgery than expected. My pup is in a better mood than ever, and the stink: COMPLETELY GONE. I am so pleased and will definitely be a long time customer. Very professional, very modern lobby and clinic. Doctors and reception are very kind. I couldn't be happier, and the prices are affordable. THANK YOU!!!
