Let me start by saying the food is consistently pretty good. It's the staff that I have a hard time with. No customer service skills. Today I interrupted the cashier while he was on his phone behind the cash register. I greeted him. Isn't it supposed to be the other way around? The place was dirty and really an off time to be eating, around 4pm. There should be enough staff to keep the place clean.
It's a fine Noodles & Company. If that's what you're looking for, you won't be disappointed.
Walked in and was surprised at how clean the store was. The staff was very polite and accommodating. The food was to be expected. Nothing to complain about.
It's usually one of my favorite places. But tonight I took my order to go my pasta was extremely dry so was my husband's. My bread was toasted way too long it was so hard I couldn't even eat it.
Today was the worst I ever had at Noodles & Company the food was horrible &staff equally so. Its easy to say I will never eat at that location ever again. Maybe no more N&C for me after 8 years of eating there
