Great sandwiches with fast service
50 minutes waiting on a sandwich is unacceptable. So much for their freaky fast catch phrase. When I called the guy gave me excuses as if its my fault they got busy.
Our food came up prior to the people who ordered ahead of us. The lady asked where her sandwich was and besmirched the kids working for talking and not paying attention. They immediately took to yelling at her and her 13 year old daughter. Multiple employees ganged up on the family and the manager kicked them out after returning their money (no sandwiches) and called the cops. And I can't forget the employees friend who was there laughing and filming the whole incident. It escalated quickly and could have been resolved with even the slightest bit of customer service. It was terrible experience and I was a weekly regular. Will not be going back.
They're always super fast and the staff is professional. Love their veggie subs.
