I returned my rental and they said I didn't. I had the car for 2 weeks and they tried to make me pay for a whole month. The insurance company was liable for The payment.
Easy process. Cindy has always made an extra effort to help me get a car when I'm in need. Nice location and office. Wish they were open a little later on Saturdays. I only rent from Hertz.
The manager was not very nice and pretty much acted as if we were a burden.
They do not care about your reservation, they told me to give for mid size suv Toyota RAV4 or Nissan rogue, and offered me 44 k mileage Toyota patriot. They have old vehicles, DONOT RESERVE FROM HERTZ. I had another reservation for standard suv which I cancelled when they told me they will offer Nissan rogue or Toyota RAV .
The car we rented for a week had problems like the seal on the window let out a whistle sound.
Went to look at a car for purchase and the car was not what it looked like in the photo on the website. Very deceiving practice. Spoke with someone in the rent to buy department and was told that stock photos are used online and may not look actually like the car you are going to buy. Be careful if you are looking to purchase a vehicle from Hertz, the actual car and features may differ from the actual car you are going to buy. The vehicle I wanted to purchase was a 2016 Chevrolet Impala limited, the features listed in the description online and photo did not look like the car when I came to look at it.
