My bike is now safe, rides great and I received extra info about my bike and it's parts. They told me it might take 2-3 days, but I just picked it up Less Than 24 hours!
(Another bike shop in the told me if I would pay $70 Extra, they would get it to me in 3 days)
Excellent experience at this shop- they shared their experience and knowledge without pressure to buy anything I didn't need. The time and attention they showed, including the free professional bike fitting, actually changed my cycling experience!! After my initial bike purchase, they have continued to support my every cycling need- from advice to tune-ups. I went from simple pleasure riding to that + health and fitness. Whatever your biking needs, if you are an experienced rider or not sure what you are, these guys will meet your needs where you're at and where you're going. Nice to shop at a place where they truly mean to get you the best cycling experience they can.
Fantastic local bike sales and service! I was shopping for a new gravel grinder / adventure bike and Positive Pedals' detailed and up to date website showed several in-stock models of the Jamis and Masi bikes I was considering. I paid a visit to the shop just to check out the bikes and ...wow! Positive Pedals owner, Rich, really took the time to find out what kind of riding I planned to do and what type of rider I am, what my budget was etc, then showed me several great bikes he had in stock, plus offered other options that he would gladly order. I came back the next day and bought my awesome Jamis Renegade for an terrific and MORE than fair price that included set up and fit. The entire time we were doing the fit, long-time customers and friends dropped by the shop in a steady stream to pick up repaired bikes (Positive Pedals is a full-service repair shop, builder of custom wheels AND new bike dealer), peruse inventory, talk bikes with Rich and generally hang out in this friendliest of bike shops. I think what I most appreciated about Positive Pedals is how well I was treated there (even when I was just browsing) and how the staff was so knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Positive Pedals if you need bike service or are looking for a new bike, from recreational cruiser to high end carbon road bike to single track shredder to that fun fattie you KNOW you want this winter.
